Shipping fee is based on location. Free shipping for orders over RWF 50,000:
• Kigali: RWF 2,000
• Other cities: RWF 3,500
• Rural areas: RWF 5,000
Delivery times:
• Kigali: 1-2 business days
• Other cities: 2-3 business days
• Rural areas: 3-5 business days
Processing time: 1 business day

We offer returns within 14 days of delivery:
• Items must be unworn and in original condition
• Tags and packaging must be intact
• Contact us first to initiate a return
• Refunds processed within 3-5 business days
